Please read this information carefully before buying products or contracting services at Candini:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to buy?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Through the website you can choose the products that you like the most. Once you have completed the basket, the next step if you are not registered is to fill in the form and the shipping address. Then you can make the payment with the different methods that we have, finally receiving confirmation that the order has been made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: if you choose the payment method by bank<\/em> transfer<\/em>, you have two working days to make the payment. The order will be considered completed<\/em> and we will proceed to its preparation once we have received the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The shipping cost depends on the delivery address, since Candini ships to different countries. The shipping rate will appear once the user has filled in their delivery address and always before proceeding to payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders placed after Thursday at 12:00 p.m. will be sent the following Monday. All shipments are made through our transport agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

All prices have already applied the corresponding VAT %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management of incidents and claims<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The client may claim in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • When the package is completely broken and this affects the quality of the product (in this case, the carrier must be notified and stated on the delivery note)<\/li>
  • When the products received do not correspond to the order placed. For any incident, doubt or query you can send an email to: info@candini.com indicating the name and order number and we will contact you as soon as possible.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n

    In both cases, the user is entitled to a refund of the money paid for the product or to exchange it for another\/other products available in the Candini store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The buyer will have amaximum period of fourteen calendar days<\/strong> to exercise the right of withdrawal contemplated in Law 3\/2014 of Commerce of March 27. In the case of purchases made through the candini.com website, the maximum date of 14 days will compute from the receipt of the good that is the object of the purchase contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This right of withdrawal does not cover those sections in which the user has totally or partially damaged the object of the purchase contract. The cost of returning the good to the Candini store is borne by the user.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
